REFUND CLAIM FORM

In order to claim the Reliability Guarantee, please proceed as follows:

STEP 1

If your laptop develops a technical fault, contact the Toshiba Support Centre. Visit toshiba-europe.com/asp-locator to find the number for your country, then simply follow the instructions of the Call Centre Agent.

STEP 2

Once your laptop has been repaired, please fill out this online form, upload the relevant documents (see below) and submit it. For further and more detailed information, please view the Terms and Conditions provided on www.toshiba.co.uk/reliability.

Required documents:
Before you fill out the form please have the following documents ready to upload:

  • product registration certificate
  • proof of purchase
  • proof of repair

Be sure that your files are not larger than 3 MB

Furthermore, the following criteria have  been met:

1. The product was registered within 30 days of purchase. The registration confirmation has been uploaded and will be submitted with this online form.
2. The Reliability Guarantee is still valid.
3. The proof of purchase has been uploaded and will be submitted with this online form.
4. The proof of repair (if existing) has been uploaded and will be submitted with this form.
5. I am the property owner of the laptop stated above.
