"GIGAFRAME" COMPETITION - TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. This competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding directors and employees of Toshiba and other companies and persons associated with the competition, and their families.
2. All competition instructions form part of these terms and conditions, and all entrants are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. This competition will open at 09:00 on 10th July 2008 and close at 17:00 on 29th August 2008.
4. This competition gives entrants the chance to win one (1) Toshiba "GigaFrame" digital photo frame each week during the term of the competition. There are seven (7) frames available in total.
5. To take part in this competition, entrants must choose and upload to www.toshiba.co.uk/gigaframe one (1) photo (which they have taken).
6. Only one (1) photo per person per week during the term of the competition.
7. All entries must be received in accordance with the competition page.
8. Proof of uploading or completing an entry does not constitute proof of receipt.
9. Toshiba reserves the right to disqualify late, incomplete or multiple entries, or entries made by third parties or agents.
10. Toshiba reserves the right to disqualify any photos that Toshiba deems unlawful, obscene, offensive or inappropriate, and remove such photos from the website.
11. The winner will be the person who Toshiba considers has uploaded the best photo.
12. No purchase necessary.
13. Toshiba will pick and notify each winner by e-mail or post in accordance with the timetable on the competition page.
14. The winner must claim his/her prize within fourteen (14) days of the date of being notified. If the winner does not claim his/her prize, or cannot be traced, the prize will be forfeit and another winner may be chosen.
15. Toshiba reserves the right to publish the name and county of the winner, to publish the winning photo on the website, and to publicise the prize-giving presentation.
16. The name and county of each winner will be sent to those sending a SAE to the address below within four (4) weeks of the notification date.
17. The prize is not transferable, and no cash alternative or alternative prizes will be offered.
18. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that the prize is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
